We would like to inform our customers that as of today, a new MySQL database is available for free for all hosting plans. When logged in to the Web Hosting Settings, a new menu item "MySQL Settings" has been added, where you can create a new database, delete a database or change MySQL password.
At the same time, the per-unit fee for MySQL databases has been abolished and will not be charged in the future.
New is the introduction of MySQL storage quota. Each hosting has always had 100 Mbyte of MySQL database space, but until now there was no way to track MySQL quota in our system.
From now on, the current size of the MySQL storage space can also be viewed on the Web Hosting Settings landing page. The MySQL storage space is not part of the web hosting space size, it is always a separate 100 Mbyte. This size is shared by the databases created on the repository. When this space is full, the system automatically sends an email.
It is possible to add an additional 100 Mbytes to your MySQL storage space by calling our customer service.
